Research and Design
Jane is a user experience designer, facilitator and speaker who works with companies to create products and services that people love to use. Jane believes in the immense potential of collaboration and works with her clients to identify, prioritize and solve their most critical business problems, as well as help them better understand the pain points and needs of their customers.
Armed with degrees in French literature and psychology, a love of art, and an internship with Apple during the 1996 Olympics, Jane began her career as a graphic designer in the first wave of the Web. Realizing that there was a need to bridge the gap between design and engineering, she dove head-first into the field of information architecture and user experience, learning to tame chaos to create more intuitive digital products. Since that time, she has pursued her passion for creating better digital experiences for brands such as Sotheby’s, Delta Airlines, Lowe’s, Kraft, Nestle, Acura, Coca-Cola, Cox Communications and The Home Depot. She loves to take this energy on the road - speaking at national and international conferences on user experience design and product management to share her passion and even tell a few jokes.
