Josh is a software engineer with a background in cloud infrastructure, systems administration, and web development. He has experience managing complex cloud environments, with a particular focus on compliance, governance, and improving devops workflows. Prior to entering the tech industry, he worked as an editor in legal publishing, where he first developed the drive to automate all the things.
Josh grew up in Seattle and returned to the Pacific Northwest after several years in the Washington, DC area. He graduated with honors from the University of Washington with a BA in English Literature and received an MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. When not working, he enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the great outdoors.
