Culture is a texture. It’s a vibe. A feel. And culture is alive. It is something that absolutely lights up an entire system — if it is in place, and if it is thriving. Tanya has deep experience creating and supporting thriving cultural spaces where people and organizations see and develop into their potential. Throughout her career in corporate/non-profit leadership as well as external consulting, she has passionately focused on leadership and talent development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness, change management, culture and talent strategies, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Tanya lives in Vancouver, Washington, has two hilarious sons, and a very spoiled, rescue dog from Mexico. She is a lifelong artist, lover of watersports and is in pursuit of the perfect Earl Grey Tea Latte. On weekends you'll find her in her kayak, art studio, or exploring the ever expanding Portland food scene.
