Andréa Viza has been in the People & Culture space for the past 9 years and is currently the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition. Andréa believes the hiring process is the first step in creating inclusive, dynamic, and people-centric organizations. After joining the United States Digital Service in 2018, Andréa fell in love with the Civic Tech space and is excited to help grow the community with each new hire here at Truss. Andréa currently resides in Richmond, VA, with her dog, Dot. When she isn’t working, she can be found at a local winery, trying new restaurants, or planning her next international trip. Andréa received her BA from Virginia Tech and her Masters in Human Resource Management from The George Washington University
