Originally from Virginia, Charlon moved to Orlando, Florida, for a prestigious college internship with the Walt Disney Company. He quickly fell in love with the area and made a permanent transfer, where he studied Fashion Design & Marketing at the International Academy of Design and Technology. Before joining Truss, he gained invaluable experience holding support and leadership roles in Operations, Marketing & Business Development, Commercial & Residential Real Estate, and Interior Design. Charlon brings his love of problem-solving, strategy development, and team collaboration into his role within the organization. In his free time, Charlon enjoys cooking, home improvement/design projects, painting, clay throwing, and exploring the sights of the Sunshine State with his husband, Erik, and their two pups, Bodhi and Leo.
