Joanna is a facilitator, coach, and servant leader dedicated to helping crossfunctional teams build strong relationships and unlock their full potential. Before joining Truss, she acquired deep project management experience by immersing in various disciplines, including research, communications, and consulting. Along the way, she went back to school for management information systems, which sparked her enthusiasm for software development. Outside of work, you can find her avidly searching for new recipes to try, attending figure skating practice sessions (where she attempts to fall gracefully), and spending time with family and friends. She is based near Atlanta, GA.
