Robert is a Los Angeles native who still enjoys the myriad aspects of such a diverse city. After almost two decades of being a sommelier and selling wine to the local restaurants, he discovered that his customer outcome point of view and technical inquisitiveness had been married into the new discipline of Customer Success and never looked back. Previous to Truss, Robert worked with local governments around the country on their websites and other resident transparency platforms.
Along the way, he also discovered an unknown love of helping them identify and resolve accessibility issues to help all visitors get the full experience from these digital platforms. Most recently he came from the exciting electric vehicle industry where he worked with organizations from state agencies to local retail helping to solve the challenges of the rapidly evolving EV infrastructure. In his off time Robert still scours the world looking for interesting new wines to share with his family and friends over board or role playing games.
