Serafina has worked across the spectrum of project management in tech: cutting her teeth in localization, before moving on to email marketing, software, and CRM project management. Her main focus is strengthening the relationships across the board between customers, stakeholders, and engineering to enable close collaboration and trust throughout the project life cycle. Born in California, Serafina lived in Japan from the ages of 823, and graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. In her free time, you can find her hiking the mountains of Southern California, indoor rock climbing, and hanging out with her family. She is based out of Los Angeles, CA.
