Susan brings over 20 years of communication, organization, and planning experience to Truss from roles in human resources, support, and counseling. Before Truss, Susan explored other industries, including hospitality, higher education, and finance.
A people person at heart, Susan is committed to improving the human aspect of business and positively impacting people. This focused effort and mission have led her here.
A Delaware transplant, Susan has spent the last two and a half decades in central Florida, where she thoroughly enjoys the warmer weather and laid-back atmosphere of the Sunshine State. In her downtime, she enjoys making memories with her husband and their six kiddos, often visiting the local theme parks and traveling. Her favorite pastime is relaxing by the pool, watching her littles play.
