He has an intense passion for coaching, developing talent, building sales channels, and being a catalyst for growth. He has held several key leadership roles that continue to help support those who serve and protect our freedoms daily, including launching the game-changing QuikClot Hemostat which became the standard of care for all traumatic bleeding in the DoD, that led to an invitation to the White House forum “Stop the Bleed” civilian active shooter initiative while at ZMedica. Other key roles included supporting the National Tele Critical Care Network HHS and DHA’s nurse readiness requirements while at Elsevier, supporting AMEDD on several multi-milliondollar medical requirements and The US Army Surgeon General's Office on TBI, women’s health initiatives, and expeditionary medicine while at ADS Inc . Ted’s passion for coaching and developing talent comes naturally, following in the footsteps of his lifelong hero and father, Alvin “Bud” Russell. A 45year high school teacher and coach. Today, when not at work, you will find Ted camping with his wife Amy or just being around the family, enjoying their energy. Father, Friend, Husband, Peer, and Leader – All done with a full heart and integrity.
